Return & Refund Policy

Because all products are custom made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, or color preference. 

We will, however, replace or refund your item if:

The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

To request a replacement/refund:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Arrogantelephant@yahoo.com with your order number.

2. Include a clear photo of the issue.

3. We’ll process your replacement or refund quickly at no additional cost to you, if the ERROR was on our end.
