3. Products & Availability
All products are custom printed on demand. Production and availability may vary.
Colors, placement, and sizing may differ slightly due to screen display and production methods.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Payment must be completed in full at checkout before your order is processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery (Transparent)
Economy shipping: 5–8 business days.
Standard shipping: 3–4 business days.
Free economy shipping applies on orders of $75 or more.
Arrogant Elephant is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.
NOTE: Production time of 3-5 days is not included in Shipping times.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, or color preference...
We will, however, replace or refund your item if:
The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
The wrong item was received.
To request a replacement/refund:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number.
2. Include a clear photo of the issue.
3. We’ll process your replacement or refund quickly at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
As Of Now, No Exchanges are available (Please verify Size before Purchase) As a newer business I have limited inventory.
8. Accuracy of Billing & Account Info
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping and billing details.
Orders may be refused or canceled if fraudulent activity is suspected.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and branding are the property of Arrogant Elephant.
Reproduction or misuse of our designs without permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
Arrogant Elephant is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, normal wear, or modifications of our products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
